  • One medium egg
  • One cup of full fat milk
  • 125g sugar
  • 250 ml water

Cooking Method

Beat the egg well then add milk. Bring to the boil with 125g sugar and 250ml of water.

Mix 2-3 teaspoons of cooking oil in the contents of ADIL RAS MALAI MIX and thoroughly add beaten egg and knead well with the help of spoon to make soft and smooth dough (in case of very large size egg 1/3 can be enough.

Make 12-15 small oval or round shape balls and put these balls immediately in boiling milk. Keep it at boil on medium flame for 8-10 minutes until it becomes 3-4 times larger than the original size, dip & rotate the balls in full/high boiling milk with the help of spoon. (Mind it if the balls are not immediately put into boiling milk, they may become hard).

If the dough becomes too thin to make balls, leave it for 2-3 minutes and it will be ready for use. If you have difficulty in making the dough, you can further add one teaspoon of cooking oil. If you like thick milk, you can cook for an additional 3-5 minutes on a medium flame.

Refrigerate for 2 hours at least before enjoying with a sprinkle of crushed pistachio nuts
